Gibson rocker Joe Perry of Aerosmith just booked a special gig on Jan. 16 at The Roxy Theatre in West Hollywood, California, and the show will ring in the release of his new solo album, Sweetzerland Manifesto.
The concert—which is set three days before the album is unveiled—will see Perry and some musical friends performing his solo tracks, Aerosmith songs and even a few covers.
General admission tickets for "Joe Perry and Friends" go on sale Friday (Dec. 15) at 10 a.m. PT at Ticketfly.com.
Sweetzerland Manifesto features collaborations with Cheap Trick's Robin Zander, David Johansen and Terry Reid. Other musicians who appear on the set include Perry's sons Tony and Roman, Who touring drummer Zak Starkey and Perry's Hollywood Vampires band mate Johnny Depp.
Sweetzerland Manifesto's debut single, "Aye, Aye, Aye," was co-written by Perry and Zander and features Zander on lead vocals.
